Our plant is built with natural material; we have used natural elements as volcanic stones, clay bricks, bamboo roof and clay tiles. All areas of construction follow the HACCP concepts (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) a preventive food safety management system that helps food manufacturers to produce good quality food in safety conditions.

The construction system we have used helps to acclimatize the atmosphere of each work area, without using electric energy. The use of clay bricks and bamboo refreshes the environment because it allows natural ventilation. The use of Bamboo should be applied in building around the world, saving millions of KW/h of electricity and fuel.  Bamboo converts more over CO2 into oxygen, 7 times faster than a common tree. Bamboo constructions are resistant to earth quakes.

So growing bamboo is the solution to stop the heating of our planet!

We have different production areas were a variety of equipment and machinery is available. These help us to achieve our objectives and bring you the best natural products, using not only natural products but natural techniques as well.

- We have an extraction and press system built in Switzerland, to produce an assortment of natural fruit juices;

- A pasteurizer, that works at low temperature. It was developed and constructed especially for us, according to our specifications and needs in Germany.

A German percolation unit to produce herbal extracts, fruit wines, liquors and colorants

- An acetator from the well known German Company Frings, to produce fruit vinegars

- A German BIO-reactor, to make all kind of test runs, and produce under modified atmosphere.

-  A variety of driers: solar-drier, shelf drier, freeze drier, belt driers, vacuum drier to dry all fruits, vegetables and herbs.

- Machinery for washing, filling, drying, bagging, milling, mixing, coating and cooling; complement our production units.
